Hi, I’m Jonas Eta, a hospitality professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in the luxury hotel industry. Born and raised in Bota, Limbe – Cameroon, and currently based in Cape Town, South Africa, I have dedicated my career to creating exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and upholding five-star service standards.
My journey began with a passion for hospitality and service, which has grown into more than 10 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor in some of the most prestigious hotels. Through hard work, attention to detail, and people-centered leadership, I’ve built a reputation for excellence and professionalism.
But my ambitions go beyond the hotel floor.
I believe in giving back to the community, and my long-term vision is to create jobs and empower others, especially in underrepresented communities. Whether it’s through business, mentorship, or local partnerships, I’m committed to building opportunities that uplift others.
